CANCELLATION POLICY In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable / extra ordinary circumstances, we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows: - CANCELLATION CHARGES Non Refundable Booking Amount: Rs.5000/- or 10% of Tour Cost / Service Cost whichever is higher Any time after booking but before 60 days of departure date: 5% of total tour / service cost. Between 60 days to 46 days prior to departure date: 30 % of the total Tour / service cost. Between 44 days & 31 days prior to departure date: 50 % of the total Tour / service cost. Between 30 days & 16 days prior to departure date: 75 % of the total Tour / service cost. Between 15 days to date of departure: 100 % of the total Tour / service cost. On the Day of Departure: 100 % of the total Tour / service cost. On Tour: 100 % of the total Tour / service cost. No cancellation for Safari cost Flight cancellation charges shall be charged at actual in addition to the cancellation charges mentioned herein above. In case of 100 % cancellation charges it is deemed to mean and include all the charges paid including the air ticket cost and no refund will be paid in case of 100% cancellation charges. Booking Terms: All Hotels and services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Hotel check in time is at 14:00 hrs and checkout is at 11:00 hrs. Early check in and late checkout are subject to availability. House Boat check-in time is 13:00 Hours and check-out time is 09:00 Hours House Boat sails between 13:00 - 17.30 Hours & 08:00 – 09:00 Hours In Deluxe HouseBoats, A/c can be operated between 21.00 and 06:00 Hours In Premium and Luxury HouseBoat, the Bedroom A/c can be operated whenever required. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are served in House Boat. All passengers must have to inform about their Medical condition before the Tour. Tour Guide/ Tour Agent will not be responsible for any Health issues of the Guest's during the trip. Note: We are not holding any Rooms yet, Rooms are book subject to availability at the time of reservation All sightseeing are subject to Available time and Weather Condition. The Company will not be taking up ownership of issues that arise due to circumstances out of our control like Strikes, Road Jams, Train Delay, or natural calamities like landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc. Any extra charges incurred for amendment of the tour to be borne by the guest .
